According to information from the Customer:
number of arrivals per month: 1 time per quarter minimum or on call from the Customer;
number of employees on the site per month: presumably at least three in one visit;
the duration (days) of the employee's (one) stay at the site for 1 arrival (visit); from 5 to 8 hours.
