При проведении запроса цен/предложений приглашение к участию вместе с документацией по запросу является приглашением поставщикам делать оферты в адрес Организатора закупочной процедуры; заявка на участие в запросе является офертой потенциального Участника запроса цен/предложений. При этом Организатор не имеет обязанности заключения договора по его результатам.
