Payment terms:Payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of the work is made upon the completion of work within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing of the acts KS-2, KS-3.
The Customer withholds 4 (four)% of the amount of payments to ensure the quality of the Work and the proper fulfillment of the Contractor's obligations to eliminate defects caused by the Contractor through the signing of KS-2, KS-3 during the Warranty period.
