Payment terms:Payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of work is made upon completion of work within 60 (Sixty) calendar days from the date of signing of the acts KS-2, KS-3.
The Customer withholds 4 (four)% of the amount of payments to ensure the quality of the Works and the proper fulfillment of the Contractor's obligations to eliminate defects that have arisen through the fault of the Contractor from the moment of signing KS-2, KS-3 during the Warranty Period.
