Comments: the present request for proposal has been transmitted in accordance with the rules of organizer of the successful bidder the tender within the framework of the implementation of the procedures for requesting bids, which (as by a tender) does not constitute an offer, auction or competition, and it is not governed by art. 447-449 CC of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION, as well as the competition is not public and not governed by art. 1057-1065 CCRF. "Predpriiatie "Upravliaiushchaia kompaniia" OOO – (Bidder 1) (Шахов А.В.) submitting a bid dated of 07.03.2017 16:50 totalling to 36 750 000,00 RUB (price incl. VAT) 36 750рублей за 1 тонну, включая НДС 18%.
Обоснование: На основании сравнительного анализа коммерческих предложений, проведённого 10.03.2017 г., признать победителем тендера компании ООО «ПРОМСНАБ» и ООО «Предприятие «Управляющая компания». Весь объем поставки разделить на две компании. Поставка по 500 тонн дизельного топлива в соответствии с заявкой на сумму 18 375 000,00 руб. с НДС каждая, соответственно. Срок поставки до 01.04.2017 г., условия оплаты – в течение 10 календарных дней с момента поставки Товара на склад Покупателя.
