The requirements for Bidders, the terms of delivery of goods/services and the list of documents required to participate in the Call for Bidding are contained in the Bid Notice and its appendices.
This request for proposals procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This request for proposals procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting proposals does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
The parties are invited to sign an additional agreement on electronic document management (EDI) to the agreement. In the commercial offer, you must indicate your willingness to work on EDI, or attach a letter justifying the reasons for the impossibility of working on EDI.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
