The container should not have traces of external damage that could affect the safety of the cargo. The volume of the container must correspond to the volume of internal attachments.
In cases of cargo transportation by transport packages (pallets), the latter must meet the requirements provided for in this paragraph:
- the cargo must be placed on wooden pallets exactly according to their dimensions and sealed with stretch shrink wrap for at least two turns (or the cardboard box is tightened with metal tape); pallet height should not exceed 1.7 meters.
When using pallets of size
800x1200x145 mm, active or dynamic load capacity reaches up to 1.5 tons, static — up to 4 tons.
1000x1200x145 mm. Dynamic load capacity — up to 2 tons, static — up to 4 tons.
If the goods arrive in a container unsuitable for placement in the Buyer's warehouse, the buyer has the right, in agreement with the Seller (Supplier), to reload the goods, while the Seller (Supplier) bears the costs of reloading. The cost of reloading costs is agreed with the Seller (Supplier). If the Seller (Supplier) does not agree to compensate for the costs of reloading the goods, the Buyer has the right to draw up an act of non-conformity of the container, packaging and return the Goods to the Seller (To the Supplier). |
