Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of the delivered products, shll be made upon delivery of each products consignment within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Buyer (consignee) of the bill of TORG-12 consignment note and the certificate of input control based on the bill and invoices (if the supplier is a VAT payer).
Delivery terms:
Supplier shall deliver the products by consignments only after the receipt of the Buyer’s written request for the delivery of the consignment. Supplier shall deliver the products within 30 calendar days from the receipt of Buyer’s written request for consignment delivery.
