Payment terms:Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the Total value of the corresponding batch of Goods within 20 (twenty) business days from the date of delivery of the corresponding batch of Goods (from the date of signing the consignment note without comments), and the provision of an invoice.
Delivery terms:By pickup from the supplier's warehouse. The delivery date corresponding to the batch of goods is the date when the Supplier transfers the entire batch of goods to the Buyer in the Supplier's warehouse. Taking into account the fact of further transportation of Goods to the Far North regions to the Facility, the packaging of cargo arriving in containers should ensure the safety of cargo during its transportation, storage (accumulation) and cargo handling. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96.
