Payment terms:
Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the Total value of the corresponding batch of Goods within 20 (twenty) business days from the date of delivery of the corresponding batch of Goods (from the date of signing the consignment note without comments), and the provision of an invoice.
Delivery terms:
By pickup from the supplier's warehouse. The delivery date corresponding to the batch of goods is the date when the Supplier transfers the entire batch of goods to the Buyer in the Supplier's warehouse. Taking into account the fact of further transportation of Goods to the Far North regions to the Facility, the packaging of cargo arriving in containers should ensure the safety of cargo during its transportation, storage (accumulation) and cargo handling. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96.
For items (goods) subject to mandatory labeling by means of identification from 05/01/2026 in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Bidder of the procedure (Supplier) is obliged to provide as part of the bid the current HS codes of the EAEU and OKPD 2. Additionally, the Supplier is obliged to provide valid Certificates of Conformity / Declarations of Conformity, or an official Rejection letter from an accredited certification body with mandatory indication of HS codes for products. Shipment of such goods from 05/01/2026 must be carried out strictly with the marking applied in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

For foreign-made goods (imported items) The supplier is obliged to provide as part of the bid (or at the stage of specification approval) information about the country of origin of the goods, and when shipping, indicate in the accompanying documents (UPD /COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS—12) the number of the cargo customs declaration (GTD / DT) confirming the legal importation of products into the territory of the Russian Federation and the passage of all customs procedures.
Shipment of such goods must be carried out strictly with the marking applied in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Information on GTD/DT numbers and marking codes must necessarily be transferred to the national marking system through the electronic document management system (EDI). If there is a discrepancy between the GTD/DT numbers or the absence of information about the legal import of goods in the labeling system, the goods are not accepted for acceptance, and the Supplier's obligations are considered unfulfilled.
