Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
For residents of the Russian Federation belonging to small and medium-sized businesses - payment in the amount of 100% of the price of the Agreement shall be made by the Buyer to the settlement account of the Supplier, within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of delivery of the Goods in full to the Buyer's warehouse (the Buyer's signature of the goods invoice of a unified form, universal transfer document), provided adequate quality and proper completeness and provision of all necessary documents under the Agreement by the Supplier.
For residents of the Republic of Belarus and residents of the Russian Federation, not belonging to small and medium-sized businesses - payment in the amount of 100% of the price of the Agreement is made by the Buyer to the settlement account of the Supplier, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods in full to the Buyer's warehouse (signed by the Buyer of the goods invoice of uniform form, universal transfer document), provided that it is of proper quality and proper completeness and that the Supplier provides all necessary documents under the Agreement.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
