EPC contract: "Diesel hydro treatment processing unit for OOO Afipsky Oil Refinery, crude capacity: 3.3 million tons per year," Title Number: 8100. 1) Set of equipment: • feed unit • reactor section • diesel fuel stripper • gasoline stabilizer • high-pressure amine absorber; • low-pressure amine absorber; • circulating hydrogen-containing gas compression unit; • make-up hydrogen compression unit; • exit fuel gas compression unit; • fuel gas skids; • flare drum; • cooling fluid supply unit for pumps; • instrument air receiver; • light oil drain tank; • amine drain tank; • emergency tank unit. • 11/0.4 kV transformer substation and switchgear building • local instruments rooms (reserve areas shall be used in the transformer building for hydrogen production unit of the Hydrocracking Complex of OOO Afipsky Oil Refinery, the building itself is not in the scope of works) • control room (Central Control Room of OOO Afipsky Oil Refinery shall be used, the building itself is not in the scope of works) • on-site overpasses (newly designed) • on-site utilities (newly designed) • off-site networks, instrumentation and power supply to the substation building with hydrogen production unit of the Hydrocracking Complex of OOO Afipsky Oil Refinery. • Other buildings and structures, overpasses, MEP systems within the scope of installation works required for full-scale and safe operation.

2) Capacity and operating mode • the crude capacity of the diesel hydro treatment processing unit is determined as 3,300.00 thousand tons per year. • operational stability range shall considered to be 60÷100 % of the nominal capacity. • Unit operating mode - round-the-clock, uninterruptible. Estimated overhaul life – 24 months. • For calculation of hourly capacity, the number of working hours per year shall be considered to be – 8400 working hours per year. 3) Services: • Design; • Project documentation expertise with Federal Autonomous Establishment RF Glavgosekspertiza (Main State Expert Review Board) and obtaining of a positive statement shall be carried out by the General Contractor by the Customer’s power of attorney (if necessary, in accordance with the results, the working documentation may be developed); • Supply of equipment and materials; • Construction and installation works; • Pre-commissioning works; • Execution of commissioning works; • Putting into operation.
