Payment terms:100 (One hundred)% of the price of the goods is payable within 60 (Sixty) days from the date of delivery of the goods (batch of goods) To the Buyer at the place of delivery, provided that by the date of delivery of the goods, the Supplier has provided the Buyer with an invoice for payment, the originals of the consignment note and invoices issued in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation. In case of violation of the above conditions for the provision of documents, payment for the goods shall be made within 30 (Thirty) days from the date of delivery of all the above documents to the Buyer.
If the Call for Bid Bidder provides payment terms with an advance payment of more than 10 million rubles, the Call forBid Bidder must confirm and include in the value of his offer the provision of a Bank guarantee for the refund of the advance payment.
