Payment terms:Payment of works under this Agreement is carried out on a non-cash settlement after 30 (thirty), but not later than 37 days (thirty-seven) calendar days from the date of receipt by the Customer of the set primary accounting documents in accordance with the use of electronic document flow, subject to the signing of the act of delivery and acceptance of services rendered by both Parties.$

Payment of works under this Agreement is carried out by non-cash settlement within 67 (sixty seven) calendar days from the date of receipt by the Customer of a set of primary accounting documents other in a manner other than the EDO procedure, subject to the signing by both Parties of the acceptance of the services rendered or the OAP.$
