Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
50% of the price of the Agreement is transferred by the Buyer within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of the invoice issued by the Supplier for the transfer of the advance payment, provided that the Supplier provides security for the return of the advance;
40% of the Contract Price is transferred by the Buyer within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of the Supplier's written notification to the Buyer about the readiness of the goods for shipment on the basis of the invoice, provided that the Supplier provides security for the return of the advance;
10% of the Contract Price is transferred by the Buyer on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier, within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of signing the Acceptance Certificate.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
