Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

7. Form, terms and procedure of payment for goods, works, services:
7.1. The Buyer pays an advance payment in the amount of 70% of the price of the Specification within 10 (Ten) business days from the date of signing this Specification.
7.2. The Buyer makes the final calculation in the amount of 30% of the Specification price within 5 (Five) business days from the date of receipt of the final calculation from the State Customer.

6.1. Delivery time: no later than 11/15/2026.
During the term of the Contract, the Buyer has the right to send bids to the Supplier for the supply of individual batches of Goods. The bid must contain the name, the exact quantity of the Goods and the desired date of receipt. The Supplier is obliged to confirm the possibility of delivery under the Bid within 2 (Two) business days from the date of its receipt. Upon confirmation of the Bid, it becomes binding on the Parties. Early delivery of any batch of Goods is allowed only with the prior written consent of the Buyer and provided that the latter is notified of the shipment date no later than 2 (two) business days prior to its completion.
6.2. The goods are delivered to the Buyer's address: 140080, Russia, Moscow region, Lytkarino, Parkovaya str., 1, room 1, Buyer's warehouse.
