Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:• Prepayment 2,000,000 rubles. within 7 working days after signing the contract (subject to the provision of a bank guarantee, it is possible to agree on a larger amount of the advance)

- 95% minus the advance payment is paid in the following order:
- upon receipt by the Buyer of properly executed payment and shipping documents (consignment note / waybill, universal transfer document, invoice, invoice) in the period from the 1st (first) to the 15th (fifteenth) day of the month, payment is made by the 30th (thirtieth) day the current month;
- - upon receipt by the Buyer of the above documents in the period from 16 (sixteenth) to 31 (thirty-first) day of the month, payment is made by 15 (fifteenth) day of the next month.
- 5% Warranty withholding 12 months after delivery to the Buyer's warehouse

We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility
