- 95% minus the advance payment is paid in the following order:
- upon receipt by the Buyer of properly executed payment and shipping documents (consignment note / waybill, universal transfer document, invoice, invoice) in the period from the 1st (first) to the 15th (fifteenth) day of the month, payment is made by the 30th (thirtieth) day the current month;
- - upon receipt by the Buyer of the above documents in the period from 16 (sixteenth) to 31 (thirty-first) day of the month, payment is made by 15 (fifteenth) day of the next month.
- 5% Warranty withholding 12 months after delivery to the Buyer's warehouse
