Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Payment terms:The amount of the advance payment from the cost of the upcoming monthly volume of work / services is no more than: 30%.
Settlements under the Contract are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account / Contractor on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 30-60 calendar days from the date of signing by both parties of the UPD, or the Act of Work performed, services rendered (Form no. H-A4), subject to timely submission of the invoice. The payment term under the contract is determined by the participant independently from the specified range and is set in the Contract concluded with him (the preferred value of the payment term is 60 calendar days).
The decision on the selection of the winner will be made on the most favorable terms for Tatshina LLC using a financial calculator (Appendix 8. "Financial documents". Financial calculator). Support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is available for lots No. 1. If the difference between the best offer and the offer of an SME is no more than 10%, then the winner is determined by the SME
