Payment terms:payment for the goods is made by the buyer within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt of the goods by the Buyer.
Delivery terms:Komsomolsk-on-Amur, KTP terminal (Komsomolsk Commercial Port), northern packaging is mandatory.
1) Prices should be indicated on DDP terms (delivery and other costs to the consignee's warehouse are included in the price);
2) The product must be original factory design;
3) The supplier should be able to exchange documents through the Contour system.Dyadok";
4) Buyer's contract form;
5) Need to attach:
- official commercial offer;
- COMPLETED FILE - "REQUIRED TO COMPLETE (BOTH SHEETS)";
- documentation in accordance with the List of Requirements;
- the offer is valid for at least 30 calendar days.

This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
