Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. Payment terms:The Buyer undertakes to pay the Supplier money in the amount of 100% (one hundred) of the value of this batch of goods no later than 15 (fifteen) business days upon shipment after the submission of shipping documents.
Delivery terms:1. Prices should be indicated on the terms of pickup from the supplier's warehouse. Transportation costs should not be included in the cost of production. In the cost of production to include the manufacture of crates (is a prerequisite).

Logistics calculations on their own from the Supplier's warehouse specified in the Commercial Proposal to the Buyer's warehouse can be displayed by Bidders in a separate line in an alternative Commercial Proposal, or in the form of a Commercial Proposal attached to the current lot (not a prerequisite).

2. Specify the time when the products are ready for shipment and the shipping address.

3. Specify the manufacturer of the products. Specify the relationship to the products. If a dealer or distributor, attach documents confirming the status.

4. Attach a Declaration of Conformity/Certificate for the offered products. When delivered complete with cargo, there must be a passport and a RE.

5. Specify the dimensions of each unit of production and the total according to the bid (weight, volume).

6. Products must be new, not used. Products must comply with the terms of reference;

7. When shipping, a packing list must be attached to each cargo place in the form specified by the Buyer. Before shipping, you must send a photo of each cargo place.

8. Warranty periods for goods and services must begin to operate at least from the date of receipt of the goods at the port of Magadan. The best option is from the date of receipt of the shopping center by the customer or from the moment the shopping center is put into operation (one of the proposed options is required). Specify.

Criteria for the selection of the winner:
- The lowest transaction value, taking into account the pickup price (specified in the Commercial Proposal) and the transport component from the Supplier's warehouse to the Buyer's warehouse (port of Magadan).
- Provision of a complete package of documents specified in the conditions for the procedure.
- The period of readiness of products for shipment.
- The attitude of the Bidder to the products (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).

5. Coordination of the proposed products by the Customer / compliance of technical parameters with the conditions of the Requirements Specification.
