| Delivery terms: | Delivery time of the goods: delivery of the main volume from October 01, September 2026 according to bids (in batches for each section of the construction site), delivery – no more than 5 working days from the date of receipt of the bid by the supplier. Delivery of the goods to the place of delivery is carried out at the expense of the supplier in batches.
Approximately 45-50 batches. Delivery to the facilities is mandatory, the amount of one batch may not be large.
The Supplier must provide packaging of the Goods capable of preventing its damage or spoilage during transportation to the final destination, taking into account overloads and its long-term storage. The packaging of the Goods must fully ensure the conditions of transportation required for this type of Goods.
The product must have a label containing the following information:
- trademark (if any) and the name of the manufacturer;
- product designation.
Upon delivery of the Goods, the Supplier provides the Customer with the following documentation:
a) documents on the certification of the Goods; certificates (or declarations) of conformity, etc.
b) technical data sheet for the Goods in Russian and /or user manual (instruction manual) The Goods in Russian;
c) issued warranty cards or similar documents, indicating the factory (serial) numbers of the Goods and the warranty period;
d) invoice, invoice;
e) consignment note in 3 copies. (two copies for the Customer and one copy for the Supplier);
f) the act of acceptance and transfer of Goods in 2 copies. (one copy for the Customer and one copy for the Supplier). |
