Payment terms:Оплата по настоящему Договору производится в течение 30 календарных дней с момента поставки Товара на основании надлежаще оформленных и подписанных обеими Сторонами акта приемки-передачи Товара и полученных от Поставщика оригиналов товарной накладной, счета-фактуры. Организатор оставляет за собой право рассмотреть иные условия оплаты. В случае оплаты продукции в форме предоплаты, Поставщик обязан предоставить дополнительную гарантию, согласовав её с Покупателем (банковскую гарантию, аккредитив, поручительство). Гарантия предоставляется за счёт поставщика.
Delivery terms:Поставка Товара осуществляется путем доставки Товара транспортом Поставщика, до склада Покупателя. Поставка входит в стоимость товара.
