Payment terms:Settlements under the Contract are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account / Contractor on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after the expiration of 60 calendar days (basic conditions) from the date of signing by both parties of the UPD/Act and the invoice (basic conditions), subject to timely submission of the invoice in advance. The Bidder at the tender can offer a discount for reducing the deferral of payment to 30 calendar days.
For this Call for Bidding, there is support for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs). If the difference between the best offer and the offer of the SME entity is not more than 10%, then the SME entity is determined as the winner
