Payment terms:The Customer shall pay for the completed works in the amount of 100% of their cost within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of completion of the fuel pump tests after installation on bulldozers, as well as signing an act confirming acceptance of the completed works, provided there are no claims on their quality and subject to receipt by the Customer of an invoice duly executed on behalf of the Buyer, original contract and specification. In case of violation of the conditions for the provision of documents, payment for the goods is made within 30 days from the date of delivery to the Buyer of all the above documents.
Delivery terms:The deadline for completion of works is until 12/01/2024
