Условия оплаты:Payment for the work performed is carried out by the Customer within 30 (Thirty) business days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate (possibly monthly closing) of the volume, minus the Warranty deduction.
The customer, when paying for the completed Construction and Installation works, deducts 10% (Ten percent) of the amount of each payment.
The refund of the Guarantee Deduction is made in the following order:
- 5% (five percent) shall be paid upon completion of the work no later than 2 (two) calendar months after acceptance of the work and invoicing..
- 5% (five percent) shall be paid in equal installments (2.5% of the Contract Price each) at the end of the first and second year from the date of completion of the construction of the Facility.
A phased closure is possible.
Due to the fact that payments at the Customer's enterprise are made by bank transfers once a week, the payment period specified above may be extended, but not more than 7 (seven) calendar days.
