Auto-extension

Payment terms:Оплата услуг осуществляется платежным поручением путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Экспедитора через 45 (сорок пять) календарных дней с даты выставления счета – фактуры на основании оригинала подписанного с двух сторон Акта выполненных работ с приложенными документами, подтверждающими осуществление услуги.
Экспедитор обязуется в течение 3 рабочих дней после оказания услуг по перевозке каждой партии груза, согласно соответствующему Приложению, подписать со своей стороны Акт выполненных работ и направить его Клиенту вместе со счетом-фактурой, оформленной в соответствии с действующим законодательством РФ. В случае представления счета-фактуры неустановленного образца, что в последствии послужит причиной неисполнения налоговыми органами возврата НДС, Экспедитор уплачивает Клиенту все понесенные расходы.
