Payment terms:Advance payment of 50% of the Contract amount; 25% of the Contract amount from the date of notification of the equipment's readiness for shipment; 25% of the Contract amount after signing the Acceptance Certificate
Delivery terms:Product warranty. The delivery must be accompanied by all necessary documentation, including the product passport, operating, installation and maintenance instructions.
The equipment must be securely packed in the original packaging, providing protection against mechanical damage, moisture and dust. If the original packaging is lost, it is necessary to use a strong crate or palletizing, as well as a protective film.
The equipment must be securely fixed on the vehicle to avoid moving and bumping while driving. Use belts, ties, spacers and other means of fixation appropriate to the weight and dimensions of the equipment. The cost of delivery must be specified.
