Payment terms:Payment for the work performed by the Contractor shall be made by the Customer within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing by both Parties of the Acceptance Certificates of the work performed (form KS-2) or UPD, as well as an invoice duly executed in the amount of 90% of the cost indicated in the form KS-3 and invoice or UPD. The remaining 10% of the cost of monthly performance specified in the Acceptance Certificates of Completed Works signed by the Parties (form KS-2) or UPD shall be paid to the Contractor within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing the Acceptance Certificate of the completed construction, reconstruction, modernization of the facility by the acceptance commission
Delivery terms:1. Inspection of the site site allocated for the installation of KTP No. 21 (vicinity of the building, building 1.08), data collection - December 2026
2. Development and approval of design estimates in accordance with the design boundaries - December
2026 3. Delivery of goods by the contractor – 15.01.2027
– 30.03.2027 4. Construction andinstallation works – January – March 30
, 2027 5. Readiness of the premises of the KTP for the placement of equipment -
01/15/2027 6. Installation of equipment in the KTP -
02/01/2027 - 03/20/2027 7. Commissioning of equipment in an amount sufficient for commissioning the facility, elimination of comments identified during complex testing – 03/20/2027
8. Engineering work – until 30.03.2027.
9. Commissioning of the facility – no later than 30.03.2027.
