Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment by the Buyer of the value of products to the Supplier shall be made upon the fact of delivery of all products provided for by the Agreement, on the basis of the invoice received by the Buyer (or UPA),
I. within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Consignee of the entry control/receipt order certificate after receipt of the Products of proper quality and in proper completeness (for the winner/sole participant not being a subject of the SME).
II. within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing by the Consignee of the entry control/receipt order certificate after receipt of the Products of proper quality and in proper completeness (for the winner/sole participant being the subject of the SME).
The offer should clearly determine the price of the unit of production; the total price of the contract on the terms specified in the request; the duration of the proposed price, additional costs (supervision, supervision and etc.); calculation of the price of the offer on the form of a sample sent in the request table with the annex (if necessary) decryptions at individual costs in order to prevent intentional overstatement or understatement prices for products, etc.
The TCH must expire no earlier than 10.09.2021.
Delivery Requirements: The supplied Products must be new, not used. The supplier guarantees the quality and reliability of the products supplied.
Conducting this information collection procedure does not entail any obligation for the customer.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
