Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:
All statutory and accounting documents are presented.
The agency's work experience is at least 2 years. The date of registration of the organization is no later than 12/31/2022.
"Attach a presentation on the positive experience in holding corporate events with the number of Bidders from 100 people (business conferences; sports events; strategic sessions).
The content of the presentation on the events held with the transcript is indicated in the customer's Requirements Specification:

At least 3 letters of recommendation/feedback have been provided. Including the mandatory presence of one letter from a large or network company.
Securing a manager with at least 2 years of experience in the field of conducting and organizing events. Provide a resume with the experience of the manager, which will be fixed.
Readiness to sign the standard form of the contract in the form of the customer, the signing of which in the proposed version is mandatory for cooperation. Attach a scanned copy of the signed standard (framework) contract of the Customer with the signature of the Bidder of the Call for Bidding.

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated Bidders
