Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Payment terms:Payment for a batch of Goods is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days after signing the UPD (TTN, invoice).
Delivery terms:The Goods are delivered in batches according to Bids.
Delivery of the Goods is carried out by and at the expense of the Supplier.
The price of the Goods includes all the costs of the Supplier for the purchase, packaging (packing), delivery of goods, insurance, taxes, etc.

Dear Bidders!
The validity period of the price offers is at least 30 calendar days.
Required set of documents:
1. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities
2. A copy of the value added tax (VAT) declaration with a receipt for acceptance by the tax authority.
3. Certificate of state registration of a legal entity
4. Certificate of tax registration of a legal entity
5. Certificate of the status of tax and fee settlements, dated no more than 30 days by the date of submission.
6. The Charter
Mandatory submission of a commercial offer with a signature and seal.
WITHOUT PROVIDING A COMPLETE PACKAGE OF DOCUMENTS, PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Limitation of liability:
This request for proposals procedure is not an offer, auction, tender or public tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449, 1057-1065 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose on the Organizer (Customer) an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time until the results of the procedure are summarized without explanation, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
