1. Special requirements for the quality of the goods: The goods must be with certificates of quality and origin of the manufacturer;

3. Confirm the manufacturer's affiliation with dealer certificates;
4. Certificate of conformity, quality certificate is required.
5. Special requirements for packaging and transportation: the packaging must ensure the safety of the cargo from atmospheric corrosion and mechanical damage;
6.Requirements for the form of the contract: only according to the Buyer's form;
7. Prices are not subject to change and are valid for the duration of the specification;
8.Requirements for the package of documents: a commercial offer in an editable format, the validity period of the commercial offer is at least 1 month, an organization card, the cost of transportation costs must be included in the price of the goods, the cost of packaging is included in the price of the goods;
9. This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Commercial offers from Bidders must necessarily contain:

3. Since all submitted bids will be considered positionally, it is mandatory to indicate in the commercial offer how much the Supplier is willing to deliver from;
4. In the commercial offer, the full name of the proposed equivalent must be indicated without fail;
5. Consent to the conclusion of the contract in the form of the Buyer on the official form;
The absence of one or more of the above items in the commercial offer may lead to non-consideration of the submitted offer.
