PJSC "VimpelCom" invites your company to take part in Prequalification for the Transportation of combined and direct (large) cargo, loading and unloading and rigging works for the Central Region of PJSC VimpelCom for 2 years on Lots:
Lot 1. Transportation between warehouses.
Scoundrel 1.1. Combined transportation.
Scoundrel 1.2. Direct (large-tonnage) transportation.
Lot 2. Other transportation not between warehouses (office-office, warehouse-office, etc.) and PRR:
Scoundrel 2.1. Combined transportation and loading and unloading operations (PRR).
Scoundrel 2.2. Direct (large-tonnage) transportation and PRR.

The first stage of the Procurement will be the Qualification stage.
To apply for participation in the procurement event and the Qualification stage, you must:
1. Get acquainted with the documents for qualification.
2. Submit the completed new Participant Questionnaire (all sheets) in PDF format (scanned with signature and seal) and WORD.
3. Provide an EXCEL template filled in in accordance with the attached reporting (+ provide the buh itself. reporting, as specified in the Qualification Requirements).
4. Submit completed and signed Qualification Requirements in PDF format (scanned with signature and seal) and EXCEL. The qualification requirements must be filled in by specifying the answer next to each criterion (YES/NO), if there are comments on the criterion, reflect it in the "Comment" field. Please note that the "Block factor" criterion is a mandatory compliance criterion, otherwise your company will not be able to be qualified.
5. Provide all supporting documents in accordance with the points of the Qualification requirements (column – "D").
The completed and signed documents must be sent no later than 10.09.2021, attaching all the required documents in the ad on the B2B-Center site.
Based on the results of checking for the presence (absence) of interaction risks and reviewing the sent documents of the qualification stage, VimpelCom forms a list of Participants who meet the mandatory technical and commercial requirements. Such Participants will be able to continue participating in the Purchase, receive clarifying requests and/or additional requirements. Each Participant will be notified in writing about the result of the Qualification.
In case of successful qualification of the Participant for the Lot, he will be able to submit an offer for any of the Scams separately at the commercial stage.
