Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment is made within 60 calendar days after delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse
Delivery terms:The Supplier shall deliver the goods in batches within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of submission of the Buyer's application to the address of the Supplier at: Megion, etc. Victories, № 7 or UL. Kuzmina 37, p. 3 (The warehouse is specified in the specifications for each batch). Include packaging, delivery to the buyer's warehouse at the specified address
