Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the total value of the corresponding batch of Goods within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of delivery of the corresponding batch of Goods, based on the shipping documents provided by e-mail (invoice, COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12, certificate of acceptance and transfer of equipment, carrier's waybill on acceptance of cargo to transportation).
