Payment terms:
Payment for the completed Construction and Installation works is carried out by the Customer within 30 (Thirty) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance of the completed works, minus the Warranty deduction.
Due to the fact that payments at the Customer's enterprise are made by bank transfers once a week, the payment period specified above may be extended, but not more than 7 (seven) calendar days.
Warranty retention:
In order to ensure proper performance by the contractor of its obligations under the Contract, including obligations to eliminate deficiencies (defects) found during the warranty period, the Customer, when paying for the work performed, withholds 10% (Ten percent) of the amount of each payment.
The refund of the Warranty Deduction is made in the following order:
- 5% (five percent) is paid upon completion of the work no later than 2 (two) calendar months after the work is completed and the invoice is issued.
- 5% (five percent) is paid in equal installments (2.5% of the Contract Price) at the end of the first and second year from the date of completion of the work.
