Payment for the delivered goods is made subject to the provision of originals, compliance with the norms of their registration and, if applicable, signing by both Parties:
- PUD;
- invoices;
- invoices for payment.
If the original documents are provided less than 5 calendar days before the date of payment, payment is made no earlier than the first working Tuesday/Thursday after the expiration of 5 calendar days from the date of their submission.
