Payment for the work performed is subject to the provision of originals, compliance with the rules of their design and, if applicable, signing by both Parties.:
- UPD (universal transfer document);
- certificate of acceptance of completed works and invoices;
- invoices for payment.
If the original documents are provided less than 5 calendar days before the date of payment, payment is made no earlier than the first working Tuesday/Thursday after the expiration of 5 calendar days from the date of their submission
