We invite you to take part in the Prequalification for the provision of FCS "Carousel" with advertising and information services and services in digital communication channels.

The current request for proposals is not a Tender (bidding form) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This Call for Tenders is a Request for proposals (invitations to tenders).
There is a procedure - СЭТ b2b-center.ru.
Participation in this bidding procedure is free of charge.

Request for proposals will be held from 01/09/2020 to 01/20/2020 to 17:00 (Moscow time) without a possible extension after the completion of the main time.

When submitting documents, the participant is obliged to attach on the site b2b-center.ru:
1. Non-disclosure agreement for trade secrets and NDA in PDF format (Appendix No. 2);
2. Counterparty card (Appendix No. 4 of tender documentation) in electronic format Excel and PDF by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform
3. Application form, qualification criteria (Appendix No. 3) in Excel and PDF formats with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform; For each item, information on qualifications is filled out separately. With the application of resumes of employees, with a portfolio of work performed by them in electronic PDF format, uploading documents to the electronic trading platform

We draw your attention !!! We ask you to send a package of documents separately for each lot in accordance with Appendix No. 1 Application specification !!!

The signed original NDA and consent to not disclose trade secrets in TWO copies must be sent to: 109029, Moscow, st. Middle Kalitnikovskaya, d.28, p. 4 in the name of Malekova Guzel until 01.20.2020 inclusive.

Tender documentation forms can not not be adjusted (addition/removal of lines, wording modification) by the Participants.
