Payment terms:Payment for a batch of goods is made by bank transfer to the Supplier's current account specified in the payment documents for the amount of petroleum products actually delivered, based on the consignment note signed by the parties (COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12), invoice or UPD (universal transfer document) within 10 (ten) business days from the date of delivery.
The delivery date is considered to be:
• delivery by railway transport – date of arrival of railway/tanks at Vladivostok station.
• delivery by sea – the date indicated in the transceiver document issued when pumping the Goods into the tanks of the tank farm
Delivery terms:starting from 10/20/2025, but not earlier than the date of signing the agreement and until 10/31/2025.
