Payment terms:
Payment under the Contract is made by the Buyer in a non-cash manner to the Supplier's settlement account on the basis of an invoice issued by the Supplier, a COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process-12 consignment note or a universal transfer document (UPD) within 10 (ten) business days from the date of delivery of each batch specified in the acceptance document. The date of fulfillment of the Buyer's obligations to pay for the Goods is the date when funds are debited from the Buyer's account.
Delivery terms:
Delivery: from OCTOBER 27, but not earlier than the date of signing the contract, to NOVEMBER 30, 2025.
Delivery is carried out by the Supplier's vehicles in batches, on working days and during working hours from 08:00 to 17:00 local time (Vladivostok). Deliveries on weekends or holidays, as well as during non-working hours or at night can be made by separate written agreement of the Parties. Delivery on such days and/or time is not reflected in the price.
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
