Payment terms:
Payment for each batch of goods is made by bank transfer to the Supplier's settlement account specified in the payment documents for the amount of petroleum products actually delivered, based on the consignment note signed by the parties (COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12), invoice or UPD (universal transfer document) within 10 (ten) business days from the date of delivery of each batch.
Delivery terms:
from 11/16/2025, but not earlier than the date of signing the contract, to 12/20/2025, in batches, at the bid of the Buyer.
Delivery of a separate batch is carried out within the time specified in the specific Bid of the Buyer, which is sent to the Supplier at least 3 (three) calendar days before the planned delivery date and must be confirmed by the Supplier within 24 hours from the date of its receipt.
The delivery period may be extended by 5 (five) calendar days by agreement of the Parties if the Buyer's scheduled vessel, which was supposed to arrive at the place of delivery before the end of the delivery period, was delayed due to objective circumstances (delay in transit due to weather, changes in the ship's schedule, extension of the cargo handling period in the previous port).
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
