In addition to filling out the tabular form on the E-Marketplace, the submission of a scanned TP (technical proposal) on the letterhead is mandatory, with a description of the material, indicating its purpose, manufacturer, reference to the STD, reference list, guarantees and readiness to compensate for the failure to achieve the guaranteed indicators, indicating the delivery dates and form of payment, and also confirmation of compliance of the proposed material with the requirements of the sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 Requirements Specification No. 15st-26 and the possibility of chief supervision.
2. It is MANDATORY to attach to the Request the current regulatory and technical documentation, in accordance with which the material is produced and certified.
