Payment terms:1. 100% post-payment upon receipt of goods and materials at the Buyer's warehouse.

Quality certificate or another document certifying the quality of the products shall be produced when the supplied item becomes available. The supplied item shall be new and not restored. The item should be labeled. When the goods are shipped, a mandatory notification of the Buyer with the provision of copies of: invoices, TORG-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier.
