Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:- Prepayment in the amount of 50% (fifty percent) of the cost of the works performed under this Agreement within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of receipt of the request from the Customer and the placement of the Contractor by the Contractor prepayment invoices, subject to the notice of the Contractor when a separate bank account is opened.
- The final settlement for the works performed by the Customer pays with deferment of payment up to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the result of the performed works, provided the Customer is provided in the in accordance with the current legislation of primary documents (consignment note or universal transfer document, invoice, act of work performed).
Delivery terms:Delivery of the result of the performed works from the Contractor can be made in batches.
The start date is August 2020. Processing of workpieces in batches as the Customer is ready.
The works are performed according to the TK, the size of the batch and the duration of the work is determined by the request of the Customer
