1. Special requirements for the quality of the goods: The goods must be with certificates of quality and origin of the manufacturer;
2. It is necessary to specify the manufacturer for each item of the shopping center;
3. Confirm the manufacturer's affiliation with dealer certificates;
4. Certificate of conformity, quality certificate is required.
5. Special requirements for packaging and transportation: the packaging must ensure the safety of the cargo from atmospheric corrosion and mechanical damage;
6.Requirements for the form of the contract: only according to the Buyer's form;
7. Prices are not subject to change and are valid for the duration of the specification;
8.Requirements for the package of documents: a commercial offer in an editable format, the validity period of the commercial offer is at least 1 month, an organization card, the cost of transportation costs must be included in the price of the goods, the cost of packaging is included in the price of the goods;
9. This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
Commercial offers from Bidders must necessarily contain:
1. Commercial Proposal in an editable form (Buyer's form is filled in);
2. Commercial Proposal in PDF with details of the Supplier with signature and seal.
3. Since all submitted bids will be considered positionally, it is mandatory to indicate in the commercial offer how much the Supplier is willing to deliver from;
4. In the commercial offer, the full name of the proposed equivalent must be indicated without fail;
5. Consent to the conclusion of the contract in the form of the Buyer on the official form;
The absence of one or more of the above items in the commercial offer may lead to non-consideration of the submitted offer.
