Price on prepaid terms;
The price on the terms of deferment of payment within 30 days from the moment of receipt of the goods shipment to the Buyer's Warehouse. The batch refers to the quantity of the goods according to one Specification.
Delivery terms:delivery of the goods is carried out by the supplier to the Buyer's Warehouse. The supplied products shall be new, not restored and not preserved previously. Delivery cost shall be included in the cost of products.
The delivery date is the date of the shipment of the goods to the buyer at the time of signing the consignment note (trade-12) in the Buyer's warehouse at the addresses specified in the Tender.
The stated volume is indicative and assumes the delivery time within a year. The volume of the application can change not more than on 20% both in the big, and in the smaller Party. The declared volume will be selected by applications after receiving the application from the Customer.
