We invite you to participate in the tender for the supply of oils, the volume is indicative and involves the selection of goods during the 2019 year. The tender contains 2 lots for the supply of different types of oils. Commercial offers are accepted both for delivery of both lots, and for delivery of lots separately.

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Payment terms:
Commercial offers are accepted on 2m types of payment. Please, in the form of request of the price to specify:
Price on prepayment conditions;
Price on terms of deferred payment within 30 days from the moment of receipt of the consignment to the buyer's warehouse. The batch refers to the quantity of the goods according to one specification.
Delivery terms:
delivery of goods is carried out by the supplier to the buyer's warehouse. The supplied products shall be new, not restored and not preserved previously. Delivery cost shall be included in the cost of products.
Delivery date is the date of shipment of the goods to the buyer at the time of signing the consignment note (Torg-12) at the buyer's warehouse at the addresses specified in the tender.
The stated volume is indicative and assumes the delivery time within a year. The volume of the application can be changed by no more than 20% in both the big and the smaller side. The declared volume will be chosen by the bids after receiving the application from the customer.

Организатор имеет право провести второй этап (переторжка), в случае получения
неудовлетворительного результата на первом этапе. До переторжки будут
допущены не более 50% претендентов с лучшими ценами от общего числа
участников. Победителем процедуры будет признано предложение претендента, предложившего наилучшие условия в соответствии с требованиями документации.
Коммерческое предложение должно быть предоставлено до 07.12.18. 12:00 (по Московскому времени),
Предложения, подданные позже указанной даты, рассматриваться не будут.
