Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Commercial offers are accepted on 2m types of payment. Please, in the form of request of the price to specify:
Price on prepayment conditions;
Price on terms of deferred payment within 30 days from the moment of receipt of the consignment to the buyer's warehouse. The batch refers to the quantity of the goods according to one specification.
Delivery terms:delivery of goods is carried out by the supplier to the buyer's warehouse. The supplied products shall be new, not restored and not preserved previously. Delivery cost shall be included in the cost of products.
Delivery date is the date of shipment of the goods to the buyer at the time of signing the consignment note (Torg-12) at the buyer's warehouse at the addresses specified in the tender.
The stated volume is indicative and assumes the delivery time within a year. The volume of the application can be changed by no more than 20% in both the big and the smaller side. The declared volume will be chosen by the bids after receiving the application from the customer.
