Payment terms:
Payment is made in the amount of 90% of the cost of the completed works within 45 calendar days from the date of receipt by the Customer of the invoice and the certificates of completed works signed by the Customer.
The final calculation in the amount of 10% of the cost of the work is made by the Customer after the complete completion of all work under the Contract, including the elimination of defects and defects identified during the acceptance of the subject of the Contract.
All additional Design and Survey Works (including all surveys and author's supervision, EPB) that are not taken into account in the Technical Assignment, but are necessary to perform work in accordance with current legislation and regulatory legal acts, as well as those necessary to achieve the result and put the facility into operation, are taken into account in the total cost and additional are not subject to payment.
All other expenses of the Contractor (mobilization, anti-epidemiological measures, business trips, VSIS, delivery to/from the facility, accommodation of the person, etc.) are taken into account in the total cost and are not subject to additional payment.
Delivery terms:
The beginning of the work – from the date of conclusion of the contract.
The contractor 15 calendar days before the start of work on the prom.The site is obliged to develop and agree on a project for the production of works (hereinafter referred to as the PPR).
Completion of the 1st stage of work: 11/15/2026
Full completion of works: 08/31/2027
Warranty and acceptance tests should last 72 hours (continuously) according to the programs and test methods developed by the Contractor and agreed with the Customer.
Author's supervision – until the completion of the SMR and NDP, including the initial period of operation of the object of work lasting 35 k.d.
The term of work can be changed by the Customer, in accordance with the approved production program
