Payment terms:Payment for the work performed by the Contractor shall be made by the Customer within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing by both Parties of the Acceptance Certificates of the work performed (form KS-2) or UPD, as well as an invoice duly executed in the amount of 90% of the cost indicated in the form KS-3 and invoice or UPD. The remaining 10% of the cost of the monthly performance specified in the Acceptance Certificates of the completed Works signed by the Parties (form KS-2) or UPD shall be paid to the Contractor within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing the Acceptance Certificate of the completed construction, reconstruction, modernization of the facility by the acceptance commission. The final calculation is made by the Customer no later than 45 days after the Contractor has completed all work under the contract, including the elimination of defects and defects identified during the acceptance of the subject of the contract
